Join Kristen for a beginners class to play, explore, and connect with yoga.

Space is limited, if you are interested please call the Museum at (518) 584-5540 or stop by the front desk to pre-register and save a spot. Yoga mats will be provided for each child. Caregivers are encouraged to come ready to participate in the fun and are welcome to bring their own mat.
