*The event has already taken place on this date: Sun, 12/27/2015
Go below the snow! When the air is cold and there is snow on the ground it may seem like nothing is alive but the space between the ground and the snow surface can be full of life.

Please help us keep this calendar up to date! If this activity is sold out, canceled, or otherwise needs alteration, email mindy@kidsoutandabout.com so we can update it immediately. If you have a question about the activity itself, please contact the organization administrator listed below.

This space is called the Subnivean Zone. Come explore this special habitat and learn about the animals that depend on it. We will start indoors and then head outside to hike approximately one-half mile. Families with children 10 and under.

Pre-registration is required for all events.
