Swartz Farm is a 5th generation grain, fruit, and vegetable farm located in southern Rensselaer County, NY. We offer pick-your-own strawberries in June, and in September and October we open our Fall Farm Store with homegrown and local vegetables and decorative crops, as well as a Corn Maze and a real pick-it-right-off-the-vine Pumpkin Patch with many unique colors and shapes (weekends only beginning in late September).
