Sugar Oak Farms is a small, family-run, maple operation located in Malta, NY. We typically boil from late February until the end of March, but it varies every year because of the weather. We have a small sugar house as well that gets nice and warm while we are boiling. We are proud members of the New York State Maple Producers Association and the Pride of New York Program. We pride ourseves on the quality syrup we make and sell, and look forward to your visit!
