Starlore with Wild Hudson Valley
Saturday, March 4 │ 6:30 - 8 PM
At the Huyck Preserve Eldridge Research Center, 284 Pond Hill Road, Rensselaerville NY
This event is sponsored by and held in conjunction with the Rensselaerville Library.
Human cultures have directed their gaze toward the heavens for thousands of years. Justin Wexler of Wild Hudson Valley will guide us for a night of learning about the importance of the stars, the moon, and the darkness of night for Northeastern native peoples. Some of their most important constellations are only visible on icy-clear winter nights, so bundle up and join us!
