Free Pre-competitive Swim Clinic

Join Excel Aquatics at the College of St. Rose in Albany for a FREE swim clinic for prospective competitive swimmers on Tuesday, September 20th from 6-6:45pm.

Pre-competitive swimming for children-Tuesday, September 20th from 6-6:45pm. Come and meet the Excel Aquatics coaching staff, ask questions, and have your kids find out what practice is like! This is a FREE clinic held at the St. Rose pool. Please register by emailing info@goswimexcel.com.
Swimmers must be able to swim the length of the pool independently, and demonstrate basic Freestyle and Backstroke.
