Experience the rich diversity of cultural traditions in America and around the world through Flurry's intergenerational community of participatory music and dance!
The Flurry Festival, Presidents' Day Weekend in Saratoga Springs, is in its 38th year of bringing the joys of dance and music-making to the Capital Region. As a family-friendly and participatory celebration of dozens of genres of traditional dance and music, Flurry provides a welcoming and beginner-friendly environment in which to learn new styles of dance, build your instrumental skills, sing together in harmony, jam with friends, or simply watch and listen to a huge variety of dance and musical genres.
Children 12 and under attend free with accompanying adult!
Activities for families run all weekend long, and include concerts, storytelling, singing, movement games, and more; find details at www.flurryfestival.org/family.
On Saturday Feb .14 a full program of children's workshops will be offered FREE TO THE PUBLIC at the Saratoga Spring Public Library.
