Dance Party to Support Local Veterans!

Come join us as we dance like crazy and have fun while supporting Schenectady's only American Legion post. Make it a moms' night out, a date night, or bring the kids along. This event is organized by KidsOutAndAbout editor Katie Beltramo, but it's not an official KidsOutAndAbout activity. Katie just thought it would be fun to go dancing without having to worry about dressing fancy (where what you wish) or paying for overpriced drinks (there's a full bar, drinks $1-$6) or hanging around people who are trying to find romance (she'll be bringing her husband, but not her kids, who are horrified at the idea of her dancing in public).

Admission is a pay-what-you-will donation, but any money you give (or spend on drinks) will go to supporting the post and Fisher House, which helps house veterans and their families as they receive medical treatment.
