CDPHP Healthy Neighborhood events include community partners, as well as CDPHP staff, who are committed to connecting you with resources that can improve your health. From setting up screenings and routine appointments to talking with you about ways to support you and your family, these events give you a chance to take control of your health! Each CDPHP Healthy Neighborhood event has a variety of activities that will keep you entertained. Previous events have included activities like fitness demos, healthy food samples, music, games for all ages, prize drawings, and a family photo booth.
