Boys and Girls Club of Southern Rensselaer County

In every community, boys and girls are left to find their own recreation and companionship in the streets. An increasing number of children are at home with no adult care or supervision. Young people need to know that someone cares about them.

The Boys & Girls Clubs of Southern Rensselaer County offers that and more. Club programs and services promote and enhance the development of boys and girls by instilling a sense of competence, usefulness, belonging and influence.

Our goal is to provide every child with the essential tools needed for a successful and bright future. Since our doors opened in 1953, the vision of the Boys & Girls Clubs of Southern Rensselaer County has grown and changed with the needs of our children—as the needs of our children and their families continue to change, so will the dynamics of our programs and services.
