Back to school, back to YOU! Join us FREE for the whole week and discover what Baby Boot Camp is all about! We will have fun themes each workout and unbeatable enrollment specials if you sign up for classes during our Open House.
Baby Boot Camp is an innovative stroller fitness program that helps moms regain or enhance pre-pregnancy fitness levels and meet the physical challenges of parenting by emphasizing strength training in a safe and supportive environment. Fitness for you fun for your child!
