Join in on one of our most popular events of the year--the Summer Hike-a-thon Scavenger Hunt!
Visit the MHLC website to register for the event. Clues will be sent to all registered participants before July 1. Then search the MHLC Preserve to find woodland animals or the Albany County Helderberg-Hudson Rail Trail for Fantastical Creature sculptures. The scavenger hunt creations will remain in the preserves and on the Rail Trail all through the month of July.
Be sure to take a selfie with the critter you find and send it to connect@mohawkhudson.org before the August 5th deadline to receive the following: An ice cream card from our sponsor, Stewart's Shops, one entry in the drawing to win one of the Rail Trail artworks, and one entry to win the grand prize, two tickets to Six Flags Great Escape!
