What is your mind telling you about the birth process? Are you ready to dive in, or just trying to tip toe around the edge? Prenatal yoga can help you tap into your innate strength and prepare you to give birth. Interweaving childbirth education with a yoga flow, we will address the common aches and pains that you may be experiencing. Yoga can help you learn to connect with your body and prepare your mind for birth, parenting and beyond. Each class is tailored to what your body is feeling in that moment for a customized experience at all stages of pregnancy.
