Opening Weekend at Hanford Mills Museum

Hanford Mills Museum will open in August for guided tours of the historic water-powered sawmill, gristmill and woodworking shop. We have new procedures to keep visitors and staff safe from the spread of COVID-19. All tours will require advance reservations and be limited to the members of one party. Simply call us at 607/278-5744 to reserve your tour. Special Welcome Back Days for Museum Members will be held August 5-9, when tours can be reserved by Members. Beginning August 12, Hanford Mills Museum will be open Wednesdays through Sundays through October 15 for tours that can be reserved by calling 607/278-5744. Hanford Mills also will be open Labor Day and Columbus Day.

Hours are 10 am to 5 pm. The last full tour of the day starts no later than 3:30 pm to allow our visitors to have the complete mill experience.
