Enjoy holiday classics like the Great Russian Nutcracker (Dec 2) and A Christmas Carol (Nov 30) live on stage, The Magic of Christmas with the Albany Symphony (Dec 4), White Christmas (Dec 6), Elf (Dec 12), A Christmas Story (Dec 13), A Charlie Brown Christmas (Dec 17-18), National Lampoon's Christmas Vacation (Dec 19), Miracle on 34th Street (Dec 20), It's a Wonderful Life (Dec 23. A visit (or two) to Albany’s Palace Theatre is a great way to celebrate your holiday season!
The Holiday Season at Proctors
So much to celebrate at Proctors in Schenectady for the 2016 holiday season! Kick it off with Northeast Ballet's Annual Nutcracker performance on December 3 & 4. The fun continues the very next day, December 5, with Sweets & Treats with Santa (which sells out quickly, so reserve now!). Then Hip Hop Nutcracker, a mashup for the entire family, is Dec 6. Rudolph the Red-Nosed Reindeer is December 7 and 8, and you can precede each performance with the Festive Eats kid-friendly buffet at 5:30. The musical 'Twas the Land of the Night Before is on stage December 9-18. A musical adaptation of Miracle on 34th Street appears December 10. Check out a radio version of It's a Wonderful Life on December 13. And Christmas Sinatra Style is December 17.
